Historic Royal Palaces is the independent charity that looks after the Tower of London, Hampton Court Palace, the Banqueting House, Kensington Palace and Kew Palace. Their Functions and Events team oversees the use of the palaces for corporate events, weddings and private parties.

Canvas worked with HRP to develop a series of adverts for use in regional and national press. The examples on the right show how a campaign was developed that had a consistent look across all the palaces and could be adjusted to focus on the various audiences - from corporate functions at the Tower of London to private wedding receptions at Hampton Court or Kensington Palace.

Creative was also developed that could be used for any palace and any audience (shown right, top). As a result of the advertising, enquiries and bookings increased and the campaign continues to run successfully three years after its launch.
